That was my original plan. Axle flip (+6") and move suspension to upper holes (-2") for a total of +4". BUT if you look at the center bolt in the picture I don't see how I can ever use it. It will absolutely hit the rear leaf/shackle regardless of axle position.
I think you will see more clearance, when towing level. I also think the EZ-flex will allow better clearance. The EZ has rubber dampers also, to contain some movement. Worst case, you could grind the hanger a little, as it will be stronger, when you move to the hole closest to the frame.
Just towing close to level is going to make a big difference on your suspension. You are overloading your rear axle and tires, especially with the added weight in the toy hauler garage.
My FW came with Lippert 5200 lb axles, and a similar EZ-flex system. I think you will like Dexter EZ. I am about 1.5 inches nose high, with no issues.
