I would agree that all brands may have issues of one type or another...there's no such thing as "the prefect mfg.". However, it's not secreat that some brands have a very good reputation for reliability and customer service while other brands have a so-so reputation and yet others have a bad reputation.
RV Consumer Group evaluates trailers primarily based on surveys of owners of the various makes and models. They rate the "use type" (vacationing, treaker, snow birder or full timer), a number score for "reliability", a number score for "value" (what you got for what you paid) and then an "overall star rating" of 1-5 stars. Let me just that all RVs are not created equal and that the more expensive RVs doesn't necessarily mean that's the better rig.
If you want to be a happy RV owner it takes a lot more research than just finding a floor plan in your price range and going for it. If you want to increase the odds of ownership happiness it takes so much more research.
