Least problematic brands and dealers

Northwood will allow you to have warranty work done at an authorized non-Northwood dealer. Northwood also makes their own frames. When was the last time anyone read on here about a bad frame on a Northwood product? They all have issues, even the $$$$$$ ones. Northwood's not impervious to problems anymore than other brands. But some do have more problems than others. It's no different than a truck warranty. A bad dealer will make things worse. Northwood's customer satisfaction is one reason we went with them. It about the total package when you buy. Customer satisfaction, good floor plan, quality build.
