But some do have more problems than others. It's no different than a truck warranty. A bad dealer will make things worse. Northwood's customer satisfaction is one reason we went with them. It about the total package when you buy. Customer satisfaction, good floor plan, quality build.
Building your own frames, does not make them better. Also look at production numbers, fewer build can skew results of actual consumer reports. I have no problem with them as I said before, but I do think they look out dated like NuWa!
