When we had problems with our Apollo 1/2 time Oven under warranty Keystone forced us to go back to the original selling dealer in another state to get it replaced. Another dealer was not allowed to replace the unit. However, I suspect all manufacturers will support most warranty repairs at any authorized dealer. I would suggest not bad mouthing other manufacturers warranty policies unless you have owned one of their units and personally experienced these kinds of issues.
