If your looking going to be living in it, you will want a rear living floor plan with opposing slides and lots of windows. You are also going to want to have seating directly across from the TV. Check out the Grand Design 303RLS and 337RLS floor plans. The 337 is 35 ft long, and has generous closet space in front along with washer/dryer hookups.
Unlike other manufacturers, GD won't void the warranty if you are living in it - of course this only matters when buying new.
Not sure what you mean by a "pop-up roof" over the bedroom. You plan on cutting holes in the roof?
What will you be towing with? This is an important consideration in deciding which fifth wheel to get.
