- kakampersExplorerOnce you have it, you won't go back...;)
- fj12ryderExplorer IIINo, most 5th wheels don't have a self-leveling system. They are out there, but greatly outnumbered by manual leveling. Personally I prefer to spend my money on traveling, but that's me. Leveling our toyhauler just isn't that big of a deal.
- mtofell1ExplorerI've never had auto leveling and will likely eat these words someday but it's not a deal breaker for me. Leveling a trailer of any kind is MUCH easier than a MH since you're really just dealing with the side to side. Or, at least the front to back is a no brainer once the side to side leveled since you can just drop the nose.
In looking for a new 5th I do see that the systems are trickling down into the mid-size/price units where just a few years ago it seems like they were only on the high end models. - RustyJCExplorerWe're very pleased with the 6-point leveling system on our Mobile Suites. It's been absolutely trouble-free and greatly reduces the set-up time and effort.
Rusty - jnharleyExplorerWe have the 4 jack BigFoot. It is awesome and the company (Quadra) provides excellent customer service.
- cmeadeExplorerWe have the LCI 6 pt levelling system on our 2014 Keystone Alpine 3500RE. It works great and no problems in the past 1.5 yrs. Lower the landing gear , unhitch, hit auto level and it does its thing. Would not have a 5ver without auto level. Saw a couple when shopping that had 4 legs. IMHO 6 jacks are better than 4 with a long fifth wheel to evenly distribute the weight.
- Traveler_IIExplorerIts standard on the upper end models and a option on others. We have the Big Foot system on our rig and it works great.
