It has occurred to me that if I was to set the front electric leveling jacks with one touching the ground and the other a few inches from touching, the touching side would begin to level the unit from side to side before both jacks make contact with the ground.
Is this an acceptable way to set up the rig? It almost seems better than putting blocks under one set of fifth wheel wheels because then the pin would not be into the hitch jaws quite right.
How do others adjust for side to side leveling with their rigs?
Really a little lost on your question.
#1. Does your hitch pivot side to side? If it does not an issue, if it doesn't I would also block the TV back wheel or get a four way pivot hitch.
#2. Level the 5er side to side with block under the low side as mentioned before. Then either block the low side of the landing gear, OR just extend it further than the other side so they are close to the same distance from the ground. I would assume with electric you have the telescoping legs,I also carry some 1" board, and some 1/2" so I can get it real close.
