Like others have said, Lifestyle is a carry-over from the former Carriage. The frame design and quality is tops. They along with Excel design and build in-house box steel frames. DRV has a box frame that they design but Lippert builds it. Northwood/Artic Fox builds their own frame, however, it is I-beam and not box design.
Redwood is a tricked-out Thor product similar to Montana or the like and it is I-beam as well.
The original Carriage name is coming back this Fall from THOR, however, we will have to see what kind of frame they put under it. My guess, based on the fact that they build everything else on an I-beam, tells me it will be an I-beam and not of the former Carriage build quality design.
Another great thing about the Lifestyle line is the slide out design eliminating the need for slide-out toppers.
Good luck with your decision. Do your research and have fun shopping. Phillip
