Lifestyle Frame

Wow - I just heard rumor the Lifestyle dropped the Titan box frame and succumbed to the Lippert way - an I-beam.

Bet that throws a rant of some of the early Carriage followers that thought it would carry through on Lifestyle.

Seems each year these just get more homogenized - just a choice of color.

  • Any real evidence that Lippert is still having issues with their frames and have not "fixed" the problems of old?

There is nothing wrong with I-beam frames. How many semi trailers you see with tubular frames? It's all in the design. As long as it's engineered correctly and built to the specs then it will be just as strong

Actually the shoe fits you pretty well.

Bud,If I was calling you out I would have quoted you. Second, I never said one was better than the other.
  • It didn't take long for this thread to crash and burn......

It's a shame that once the BIG fellows buy up all the smaller companies, they make them ALL cookie cutter....

Not sure who you are calling out as "Internet Engineers", but if it was me - bite it.
    - I wasn't bringing it up to challenge what was better. Just bringing up that I was shocked with the change, as I always felt that was one of their biggest sell pitches when they came out.

    Bite it? Wow. Lol
Internet engineers was for the people that is always talking down about an I-beam frame rail campared to a box. If the shoe fits then wear it if not don't.
