If you go to the Northwood owners forum (Arctic Fox is made by Northwood) you'll quickly learn that more than a few people from the east order their trailer from Thunder RV in LaGrand, Oregon and drive out and pick their trailer up right there. Then they spend a night or two at Eagles Hot Lake RV Park (just down the road from the Northwood factory). They also get a factory tour while they're there.
To answer your question, there are probably other builders that build a 27' 5th wheel. However, I think you'll be hard pressed to find one that's built to the same standards and quality.
