I have a 2008 Keystone Everest. I had a Frame failure 2 or 3 years ago. Many Letters to Keystone and Lippert resulted in basically Lippert telling me it was a Keystone design issue and Keystone telling me it was a Lippert MFGing issue.
I forked over 4000 to fix it myself.
They are very good at that! I actually kind of feel sorry for the manufacturers that partner with Lippert. We had the same finger pointing on a spring issue, and the manufacturer ended up covering all of it. Lippert called me in person to tell me they were not obligated to cover any of it because it wasn't their fault and they are always taking a bad rap and blah blah blah. I really don't like that company :M
All anyone has to do is read
http://www.rvbusiness.com/ and they'll see how many companies Lippert is buying up or partnering up with. Those 'not my fault' scenarios are only going to get worse.
