Lippert Frames on Cedar Creek

Last Wed we went to the Forest River plant in Topika,IN. We had several items to be fixed. We saw a Cedar Creek (32ST or something) having the frame fixed (trailer was from Delaware, and a Frog sticker).
Apparently the Lippert front frame was flexing along the front edge of the front cap. The cap was pulled out and a Lippert welder was welding stiffeners along the front part of the frame. He also did some joint welding. I thought the repair was extensive and will never flex again.

    no water damage, worried if lippert frame damage.
    does not look real bad, but don't know about frame

    here are a few. the wood is from the front closet. only issue is a cracked board. I can repair it. this is from an older couple have quit camping. not sure if they have any idea what is going on. hope it is not the frame. I can work with other problems

    I notice on the left side of front cap, it seems to have separated a little. no problems that I can see though

    Picked up our Cedar Creek today and they did a great job on it, makes you wonder why it can not be done right the first time, I am grateful for all Forest River & Cedar Creek has done to help us out.

    How are the new axles on your unit and did anything else get fixed, I am surprised you are still in the area.

    Yes . . . . it was your 5th wheel that was being repaired. It should not, ever, flex again.
    I like our new G rated tires (however, not Goodyear G614s) and new 7000 k suspension. However, the suspension may be stiffer that the old suspension as we seem to have more movement of stuff in the trailer after a trip.

    Our '09 Big County had the same issue. It was just in Elkhart getting fixed at the Heartland factory. A '12 cyclone had the same issue there also getting fixed.

    Ken, that probably was mine a 2010 36RE, no FROF sticker but do have a license plate on the ladder. Lippert was scheduled to work on it Sept. 2nd. We would have a little movement in that the caulk along the lower seam would always separate so Cedar Creek checked it and it was just over tolerance which they said Lippert needed to fix.
    How are the new axles on your unit and did anything else get fixed, I am surprised you are still in the area.
