If you have a manual on your unit it should show you have to override this and rest the leveling system, for our Kz it has such in the Lippert manual an in the operators manual...
The other thing is to call Lippert at the customer service number, they are really nice folks and can be very helpful ...
Call you dealer service department if possible ....
As the OP stated disconnect the 12 volt power by disconnecting the batteries as well as turning off your battery switch ... Then wait about 5 or more minutes so the electronics can clear all memory. You must remember that some electronics do retain memory in some case's, ie your computer still has memory while it plugged in even thought you have turned it off, you must unplug it and wait for a few minutes to clear it head ....
