- Itakethe5th2011ExplorerI had the same problem a couple years ago. I would have to push the one side to get it going. I fix it by spraying the track and gears on each side. There is a good You Tube video on how to do it. I now do it every year or when it starts to slow down. No more problems.

No stopping in between. On our bedroom there was some plastic from shipping that covered the carpet got hung up. The voltage I check is also good. Being level before extending or retracting.
Just had to replace ours in our 2013 WinnebagoMH Journey. 40u.
What exactly do we lubricate? At least on mine its almost entirely sealed up. With the slide out I have a thin small rail exposed along the sides and thats it.
Looked at the video but not sure I can get behind like it shows.
