Lite or Light?
Just starting to shop for a 5th wheel and was wondering what the hidden meaning is behind lite or light models? They seem a little less expensive so I'm guessing there is a quality trade off. TIA for helping.

- Lighter means cheaper construction IMHO.
- Marketing. Pin weight, dry weight and GVWR of the trailer and the capacity of your truck are the important things.
- Who wants a "heavy" TT or 5er? So almost everything is "lite" or "light." Puffing.

Actually, I don't think there is any difference, except the association of "Lite" with Lite Beer, .... you know, fewer calories, for an RV ... fewer pounds!
