I looked at these and was impressed by the concept, but I ultimitely chose one that has more creature comforts. I was very tempted last November when a local dealer who no longer carried them had a left over 2010 26' base camp with both fold out beds option on close out at $14,995. Said the were going down $500 every week until sold.
I was concerned about keeping it warm (heat strip only in this particular model), the small refrig and cook top, and didn't like the combo bath and shower in this particular model. I really like the the light weight and large carrying capacity though. If this tpye of unit attracts you I don't think you could go wrong. They look very well built. I think they also have torsion bar suspension. One thing to stay on top of is condensation, much worse on campers with canvas type fold outs.
