Queen bed!!

The drop out tent is insane!! It opens up the trailer like no other. I have a few buddies with your basic toyhauler like you see everywhere. They are nice, but this is just totally different. EVERYONE that gets in it comments on how huge the living area is and then when the back is open, deck is up, and the screen is down- GAME ON!
Deploying it is a piece of cake- pop the two outside locks and drop the tent out. Its heavy so gotta keep it slow on the way down. Can easily be done by one person in any weather. Inside you just raise the rear hoop and hook the two upper poles in. done.
Raising it takes a bit more. Two people is best, easiest. one inside to pull in the tent as the outside GUY lifts and tucks the tent in. Make sure all the doors and windows are closed, i have found turning on the power roofvents aids hugely by creating a negative pressure inside to suck in the tent as its raised.
Tent and weather. I will know better after a few SIERRA Winter trips. So far- the tent is fine in wind and does not flap around. No experience in the rain yet, but a hose test gave no leaks. In fact, i used a pressure washer to spray at a few angles to simulate wind with no failure. A real winter storm will be the test- keep tuned :)
I will be lining the tent with Reflectix for insulation during cold nights. Its fine so far down to ~ 45* nighttime with no heater. Cool in the tent, but fine.
Moved the propane tanks back against the wall and added a Highway Products 24x18 box for the battery and other stuff. Fit is perfect and its further back than the tanks were originally.
Huge front garage to store lots of RV crap!

Fused at the battery, as it should have come from the factory.

200W solar panel to power and charge my battery every day. Mounted on 45* tilt bars to catch any rays i get my way.

Scanstrut for roof cable penetration sealing. stolen from the marine industry- it works.

Morningstar Charge controller mounted high in garage

Pic of backside of Jensen stereo wired up

Roughing it in the driveway-

If there are any questions, please ask! If i missed some details or you want to see something better i can certainly do my best.
We plan to beat the daylights out of this, having fun the whole way. I will keep updates coming as they are presented to me.
Hope this helps out anyone that is considering a VRV. I think i made a great choice and it will suit us well for our purpose. Time will tell.
