I assumed it was round since he referred to it as a turntable? Well, it doesn't appear to be 4' wide for the full length so maybe not quite 9' at the widest point.

An interesting idea, but would limit you to one bike.

And personally I'd rather back out than ride out front first, that just looks too scary. I've always hated riding downhill, and having that front tire wash out going down a steep ramp could be worse than putting it over on its side backing down. I think I'll stick to backing out.

It is 8' in diameter. How do you fit it inside?
