What you need to do is build some stand offs out of 1" tube steel and attach them to the top of the the ramp door on the frame. I had a desert fox TH that sat high as well and it had stand offs that the mfg. installed. I think they were 4 to 6 inches long and were spaced 4 or 5 feet apart this prevented the ramp from hitting the ground and they had two aluminium ramps that would hook into the ramp door to keep it from kicking out and i think those ramps were two feet long. I eventually ended up hinging the ramps so when I would put the aluminum ramp down I would fold it out. In my case I was loading ATV's and it was pita to space the ramps apart every time. it cut down on the steepness of the ramp. in in your case would only need one ramp. just my 2 cents...
