I use that hand rail to good advantage, if I'm leaving my fiver for an extended period of time I swing the Hand rail over the entry door and secure it to the entry steps with a cable and lock, thereby making the door virtually inaccessible. a bit of a pain but the extra security is worth it, IMHO.
