Longbed tailgate will hit camper when hitching

I have been searching the forums and cannot find assistance with regards to a longbed truck. I went from a sb truck to a lb truck and have the Reese Elite Pro 20k hitch. When I am hitching my camper...

I love this forum!!

It ,honestly, never occurred to me that I could leave my tailgate on while pulling my 5er......

I have allways removed my tailgate when I put the hitch in. I am going to try leaving it on next trip.
