Every time we stop for fuel on a road trip with the rv I get down and check the lug nuts, feel for heat on the bearings, take a look underneath the rv at the axles and suspension and any thing else under there, and then do a quick scan of the upper parts. Then I go around the truck and hitch. It’s a good habit to get into and only takes a minute or two.
X1, I also use my little trucker bat to hit each tire looking for any signs of loss of air. If all the tire thump sounds are about the same, then I am good to go.
