I assume that is the MorRyde independent suspension system with disk brakes. When I spoke with MorRyde, converting to this set up is about $6k installed. We do plan to keep the rig for a few more years, but are questioning the value of a $6k investment. If we can make the rig safe and road worthy for $1500 or $2000, that would be preferred. I don't want to be penny wise and pound foolish (or unsafe), but $6k is a big number - at least to us.
Please correct me if I am wrong on what the product in the photo is, or if you think we should reconsider.

You would be wise to do the MORryde IS system there is nothing out there better. Yes they have disk brakes and each wheel is independently alignable. I am sure if Indiana it too far they can recommend a installer closer to you. Money well spent IMHO as you have a QUALITY RV and it would be worth the extra to have it top cabin.
