I did want to let you know that the Curt E16 IS basically the RBW Lil' Rocker with a stronger base and the removal of the swivel lockout. Many of the instructions for the Curt E16 are Word for Word with the Lik' Rocker's instructions with only a few exceptions.
The hitch head, locking, and tension bar are the exact same design minus the swivel lockout.
