Looking for bunkhouse

There are still some 2017 Lifestyle Bay Views out there and can be had at a good price. A pretty solidly built unit. We've had dogs, and kids in it daily for a solid 6 months the last two seasons and it still looks - and smells - new. Its one of the only FW that has a walk in closet in the mid bunk - WD hookups are in there. Also has 102 inch frame with opposing slide outs in the living room making it very roomy. The Jayco NorthPoint was very high on our list as well. After looking at some NorthPoints at the Tampa RV show a few weeks ago I was surprised to see quite an increase in quality. Especially in the cabinetry.

Last week we bought the 2018 34’ StarCraft solstice 29BHS. It has the slide out with the rear bunk bedroom and a half bath. Some of the fifth wheels that I did like though had that center den with the loft. For the floor plan that we did get, I would have liked the closet slide out upstairs, but still loving it.

I just purchased a Bighorn traveler 39MB, but my favorite was the GD 377MBS, It was more than I wanted to spend.
The issue I had with a lot of them is they would give you the mid bunk and then not give you enough storage and or counter space in the kitchen. Keep in mind that when you have more people, you need more food and more space to prepare the meals.

We're getting as used, 2012 Prime Time Crusader 355BHQ which has the rear bunk room. Looked at mid bunk plans and we didn't like the personally. The PT build is very good that we've determined and the latest version is the 360BHQ at a foot longer. Available for a whole lot less than 100K.

Ours will probably not travel much and mainly for her family, grandkids, to use when they visit us on the NW FL bayou property we are getting. Bayou probably doesn't interest them that much but the beach is close by and that does.

Check out the Cedar Creek Silverback line they have one, plus folks on the Forest River owners Forum have posted great support from the factory when needed. Good luck on your search.
