My wife and I have e-bikes and they're pretty heavy. I've got a pad for my tailgate and it takes some oomf to get them into the truck. The harder part is lifting mine out without any leverage. It's not pretty to watch.

These things are great though. You can ride forever, until your butt gives out.

I've got 2,000+ miles on mine.
