I tow at 65mph - it's a comfortable speed for me, the truck and the trailer.

I'm concerned about your statement "I'll have some type of 350/3500 dually". The Raptor is 19,000lbs GVWR. In 2011, my Chev was the only one of the big three rated for over 19000lbs (which is what my rig is). So if you say "I'll have some type of 350/3500 dually 2012 or newer" you'll be fine.
