looking for switch to change hot water tank to electric

Just inherited a 34' 2000 Komfort 5th wheel. I am trying to change the hot water tank from propane to electric but cannot find the switch inside or outside of the 5th wheel Any ideas Also, will th...

I leave the outside electric switch on all the time. If I decide to turn off electric I do it with the circuit breaker for the HW heater. Been doing this for 8 years and no problem.
