Any reason you want a toy hauler for a permanent spot? Toy haulers are usually purchased to well, haul toys. If you have toys to keep in the trailer at the permanent spot, can you put them in a shed instead? If so, I would look for something with a rear living room or maybe bunks if you have kids.
