As far as the lube plate- yes...clearance - 6" - 8" is good
Bought a new 1 ton Chevrolet 6.0 gas. Did really well towing it home on Saturday.

Payload is ok the hardest thing is seeing with the side mirrors. I’ve got the large trailering mirrors but the fifth wheel is so wide that it’s hard to see behide/beside you. I guess I’ll get used to it. I hope!
