First off, I want to thank all of you for the advice that was given. To address a few things, my truck is a lemon. It's been in seven times for EGT issues and oddly, PCM issues. My dealer who is great, states he has never experienced anything like it. They said it's definitely a lemon, but Ford states otherwise. My attorney says I have a great case and he will definitely get all my money back.
Now as far as the F350, my selling dealer is offering me the 2015 F350 CC FX4 L/B SRW with my trade in for a 2800.00 hit on my end. My time is worth money, my family's happiness and safety is worth the money, and I did not buy this truck to spend the next year in litigation, all the time not being able to use the truck to my liking. The more you use it, the more Ford will claim, "the problem does not hinder the owner's daily activities." We have a 3 week, five state trip planned this summer and damnit, we are taking it.
So through my adventures online here and on other blogs, along with speaking to fellow owners of my unit, the F350 seems like it will work. I would love the extra payload (approx. 3200 lbs on this one).
