What diameter wheel are we dealing with here-15" or 16"? What size tire? what scaled axle weights? need the data to arrive at any type of informed review.

This chart is an "industry" standard chart for the listed sizes. My experience is that ST class tires have heat related failures when run at minimum load dictated inflation levels. Areas of high temps -this is even more prevalent -like the desert SW.
