I used Irish Spring soap that was recommended to get rid of squirrels running on top of my privacy fence and it WORKED! They claim Irish Spring is the only soap that will do the trick.

Albeit I am sure you don't want to hear it but that is why you should 'never' leave your RV at a dealership.
First of all you become the customer that they take care of last, they take care of the ones with appointments first and forget about the ones 'parked out back'. It's just a ploy to keep you from going elsewhere. Make an appointment and stick to it like the customers that got serviced while yours sat out back getting mice instead. :C
