I just bought a new 2017 Jayco HT 30.5MBOK. It has a rear living area, mid-bunk room, 4 slides. I pull it with my GMC Sierra 2500HD. We are very happy with this rig, it's the perfect layout for my family and only 37' overall length. There are a few Youtube videos on it if you want to see the layout.
