The good thing about the EZ Lube hubs is that you don't have to pull wheels & drums to repack (and replace seals). The bad thing is that while you're rotating the wheel & slowly pumping grease in, sooner or later you've got to scoop out the old from the opening - the edge of that thing is like a razor and can cut your fingers easily! I've regreased mine three times now and still get at least one nick or more.
