The washer & dryer are very handy. We use the washer all of the time, but prefer a clothes drying rack in the living room when we have both slides out. Got to have the rear camera.
I'd hold off of the dish washer until you've been using the RV for a while. I know people use them (because they're there) when they came with the unit, but I haven't heard of anyone paying to have one installed later - though I'm sure someone has.
