I think if one lacks the skill sets to properly diagnose and then repair anything, they are much better served by hiring a professional than to continue to throw parts at something hoping to effect a repair.
Case in point, you did "fuel pump, fuel filters, spark plugs etc that I have read about on here" which did nothing to solve your problem.
