Bionic Man - your pics have nothing to do with a MorRyde!
OP - as others have stated, pics of your "problem" would really help.
I have a MorRyde (with SG capture plate) - it's perfectly level to/with the plate all the way around.
Suggest you try to explain to MorRyde Tech what the problem is - and it should be easy to send them pics as attachments to an email.
