What does Tweedys have to do with it?? They ordered it from MorRyde and it was probably shipped directly from them. In all likely hood Tweedys never even saw it. Your beef, if you have one, is with MorRyde, they built it. I buy ALL my RV stuff from Tweedys, never once had a problem with returns, prices anything. I won't shop anywhere else...JMHO
