morryde pin box...disaster
After posting here about a new pin box, Morryde seemed to be the choice one. i ordered it from Tweety's and I noticed after a trip it was NOT level! I called Tweety's and they could have cared less! ...

I have NO problem with Tweety's. I just mentioned that I called them about the pin box and they seemed not to care. They just said call MorRyde. It wasn't sent from Tweety's.
As for MorRyde ,I have sent pictures to them and sent measurements that they requested, ( not me... but the dealer) and all they said was that it was within specs! The dealer spoke with them also. I took it to Camping World to see if they could adjust it and they said the pin box was bent and NOT level. They also said they will talk with MorRyde about it.
My wife thinks this is a bad idea posting on the forum. I told her I just want other who are more knowledgeable than myself. If I could do it, I would have put it on!
Someone has agreed to post some pics for me. I will forward them to him to post.
I am not bashing anyone, just put out with the pin box not being level. The level on the pin box can not be leveled properly, even with adjustments.
I am sure MorRyde will step up to the plate if need be.
MorRyde said it wasn't dangerous or unsafe!
