If you have had two dealers tell you the pin box is bent, than it probably is. If true, it may not be a MorRyde issue. You say it was fine (not bent) before the MorRyde? Are you sure about this? Maybe it was bent before, I don't know. Did it get bent somehow during MorRyde installation? Who put the MorRyde on? Did they bend it somehow? Maybe you need to confront them? If this shop is saying it is fine, than I would be suspicious of that too. What do the other 2 dealers say? Do they say it is OK?
Whatever the case, it sounds like you may need to visit somebody that can straighten out the pin box, be it a good welding shop, or a RV service center that has that capability. Will probably have to open up your wallet too, from the sounds of it.
Or you may need to consult an attorney if you know a shop bent it, and is now unwilling to fix it.
