morryde pin box...disaster
After posting here about a new pin box, Morryde seemed to be the choice one. i ordered it from Tweety's and I noticed after a trip it was NOT level! I called Tweety's and they could have cared less! ...

All I can say is that TWO dealers dealt with it and have both said the same thing. It's not the rv, its the pin box. All MorRyde is saying is that it is within SPECS!! I don't understand WHY they just don't send me another one and I will send this one back in the same box. Too me that would be the right thing to do. I have invested about $350.00 so far on a 650.00 box.!
Two big dealers can't be that wrong! The last pin box I guess was dead on. All I had to do was look at the level that was mounted on the box and it was level. I would even go inside and use a level to make sure, it was dead on! This pin box u can eyeball it and see that it slants.
MorRyde sent a diagram of the pin box and wanted the Rv in a place that was level and measure the two front sides and two rear sides of the box. Camping World loosened all bolts and tried to adjust it again and said MAYBE they adjusted it a little. They are willing to talk to MorRyde and tell them of their findings. Both the right front and rear were the same distances, off from the left side. Again, their response was it's with SPECS!
