Blue Trawler. I guess if it was me, and your pics are correct (especially the one with a bubble level on it), there is something really out of whack.
Make sure you talk with the Service manager at Camping world too, not just some flunkie. Make sure the service manager understands your frustration.
I would get Camping World to call MorRyde, like you suggested...further, with what MorRyde is claiming, I would want to be there when Camping World calls MorRyde...you and the service manager call at the same time.
I have a MorRyde system, just like yours, and mine is very level.
