The forklift operator when lowering the 5th wheel tilted the forks instead of lowering them causing the capture cup to bind on the pin and twisting the pin box.It was bad enough I had to set the trailer brakes just to get it to latch the hitch.Eventually replaced the pin box with a trailair tri glide.
