BlueTrawler,
Your first two tries were definitely no good. This seems better, but I do notice that your 5er frame has pinbox holes every inch, not every 2 inches. Some of those may be hand drilled after it left the factory and it may be those that are causing the problem. It is also the first time that i have seen slotted rather than round holes, also indicating previous problems trying to get the pin level. Did CWorld end up using a different set of holds to get the pin level, then adjust your hitch up/down to match the new pin height?
If it is square now, has proper pickup box side rail clearance, and everything is running level, i would not touch it again. But i would keep an eye on it to see if any of the above starts to change or look different to you. If things look to be changing, get it looked at fast.
Safe travels.

Finally got it pretty straightened out! MorRyde wanted more pictures and more measurements.
The service manager at CW got involved and took it from there. After putting the Rv in the bay and measuring what MorRyde wanted , it is still off a little but CW seemed to get it as level as possible and determined that it was my pin box hanger holes that were not even?????? I feel CW did a good job of trying to level it as best they could and I am happy at this point! After vacation I may dump more money into it and have them remove the pin box and really see if the holes are not even. At this point I am ok with it!
Thanks for the advice and posting of pic by Jim! May see if I can have him post another one.
