morryde pin box...disaster

After posting here about a new pin box, Morryde seemed to be the choice one. i ordered it from Tweety's and I noticed after a trip it was NOT level! I called Tweety's and they could have cared less!
I called Morryde and they wanted pictures and measurements. I have already paid one dealer $225.00 to install it and they couldn't level the bubble level to the pin box. We sent in the specs that they requested, measure pin box on all for corners where u know it's level. Dealer did that. 47"5/16 and 47"5/8. Morryde says thats within tolerance Now, I have taken it to Camping World and they are saying pin box is not level! I don't know what they are going to charge me, also!
I am not asking for money back just a GOOD pin box that is level.

Some of the pictures u can see that U can't put a bolt through it on one side, not using that hole anyway.
Everyone says it's safe but I can't just pull up to a spot and know that it is reasonably level just from the truck. Now I have to get out and go inside the Rv to see if it's level then back out and u know!!!!!!
Am I ok or should i keep pressing!

  • Over 1/4 inch difference in bolt centers side to side would not be good. Pictures would be.

If so, it will level out when you attach your trailer.

I do believe the OP said he had a Mor/ryde, NOT a TrailAir

  • Pin box is on Rv! Works fine but is slanted to one side.
    Will try to post pics.
