Unfotunatley we were a week off but morryde shipped the new box to me and I sent the old one back. Shipping Killed me but they could have said tough buy a new one.Probably should have just cut the last holes off and drillrd new ones in the long box but he was going to talk with the engineers about that option too, So I have a hard time believing that someone had a problem with their customer service because he went out of his way for me.Jerry B wrote:blue trawler wrote:

WOW! My experience with MorRyde has been fantastic. I rate them at or near the top of the best.
Funny isn't it...never had any problems to contact them about.
While I am on a rant the morryde has a waaaaaay better and more robust design and build then the factory lippert.
