mor/ryde pin box

I bought a TrailAir this year. It's nice, but I'm not sure I would spend the $$ and do it again.

Bought one a couple years back. One of the best mods I've made on my Alpine. Installed myself in about three hours.

I just got one a few months ago. One of the better things I have done.
My co pilot/navigator could even tell the difference.

We just bought a new toy hauler with a standard pinbox, by the time I towed it home"app.60 miles" I order the Demco glide ride. We had the glide ride on a very heavy Hichhiker and did not know how spoiled it had made us. I installed it last week and it made all the difference in the world. The Demco is about half the cost of the mor/ryde.

I had a Mor/ryde added to our last Fifth Wheel Trailer it helped but was it worth the money? I would say no I don't think it made enough of a change for the cost.

I may be missing something but from my research the Demco Glide Ride actually runs $100-$200 more than the Mor-Ryde.

Or am I missing something?

I had the trail air pinbox on my mind when I told you half the cost. I found the demco on amazon for $648 with free shipping. Look for the one under Dethmer's Manufacturing for the lowest cost. They list it that way as to not under cut their dealers on the same site. The pinbox I replaced was a lippert #1621. I will say again, worth every penny.

Got the Mor/ride on our new Camper. Well worth it to me. going down to south Texas this year was much smoother than with our old camper w/o it. No more Bucking at all!

Thanks for the clarification. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

i looked at the same suspension pin box's a while back and have two friends with them. 1 is the moryde and the other bought the tri glide which is the best choice/design imo if your going that way. i decided i wanted an air ride hitch rather than a pin box so no matter what camper i have or pull it stays with the truck and don't have to worry about buying another or trading up to one with the same frame so it will swap over. i went with this one http://www.mountainmaster.net/airhitchcom.html and have been very happy with it but i like this one too and would like to compare it to mine http://www.airsafehitches.com/20k.html
