There is always two sides to every story, we got yours . There are tolerances in everything, could be a combination of the tolerances on your fifth wheel, along with Mor/Ryde . Just enough to make a bad fit. The question the OP had was is it a worthwhile option, can you answer that , setting aside what you think of their customer service. My dealings with Mor/Ryde have been great, and yes the Mor/Ryde pin is a very worthwhile option
